You’ve read it before: we listen to our customers and build lasting relationships with them. On the other hand, we aim to further expand our activities. As a Project Manager, you play a key role in supporting this ambition.

What specifically do you do as a Project Manager at LCL?

As a Project Manager, you take full responsibility for coordinating between the architect, engineering firm and contractors, from the design phase through to final delivery. This results in a varied role in which you manage your projects end to end: from the very first discussion all the way through to completion and handover to your colleagues in the Operations team.

You gain clear satisfaction from seeing projects grow. From design to delivery, you stay close to the construction site, closely monitor execution and see your decisions translate into tangible progress.

You report to the Chief Project Officer and work closely with colleagues across the different departments within the LCL Operations team.

Is this something for you?

• You hold a degree in industrial engineering or electromechanics, and/or have several years of relevant experience in construction project management. Experience in critical environments is a strong asset.
• You have solid knowledge of electricity, HVAC and/or construction.
• You work in a structured and disciplined way.
• You enjoy building new relationships, both with colleagues and with clients and suppliers.
• Like your colleagues, you are a loyal team player who organises their own work independently.
• You consistently focus on creating a safe and healthy working environment and show leadership in this area.
• You have strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch; knowledge of French is a plus.
• Working within a project’s scope and budget comes naturally to you.
• You maintain a clear overview, work accurately and feel at ease with digital tools. You are proficient in MS Office and MS Project, for example.
